Signage would be installed and staff would remind patrons of the requirement.
Extract 2 (social media post from a community member):
Council’s at it again: banning adults from doing legal things in open air. This is another control move that treats everyone like kids. If they start policing the car park, what’s next? Don’t let them bully you into “healthy choices” — it’s your life.
