“ATTENTION STAFF: if you see a spill or broken equipment, report it to the duty manager asap dont just leave it their. you must put a wet floor sign out, but only if its safe. also write it in the hazard log book in the office, make sure you include where it was and what happend and when you found it. If you are Injured tell someone, and fill out the incident form within 24 hours failure to do so may effect your workers comp claim.
